Refund policy

Our goal is that you are happy with the products you receive from us. We will be checking tubers multiple times before and during packing to ensure your tubers arrive to you in excellent condition. We keep the small, gnarly ones for ourselves.

Even though we take all the precautions to provide a quality product we ask that upon receipt of your order: please inspect your tubers within 5 days and contact us via email at:
gardenhandswi@gmail.com within a five days of your order arriving if you have any concerns.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 5 days.

Please understand that we can not be held responsible for improper storage, growing conditions, pest damage, or plant growth once you receive your tubers/bulbs.
